Great machine for at home but with one major flaw

The machine is excellent for a variety of tasks; however, it often cleans itself, which can cause the tray to overflow. To prevent this, you either need to place a container under the spout or find a solution for the overflow. It would be beneficial to have a drain hole at the bottom of the tray to direct excess water to a household plumbing drain. Additionally, having the option to connect a water supply line would be amazing.

Best Ever! 3 Years and over 2K beverages served!

3 Years in and amazingly, it’s still like new! Truly an all encompassing machine. Every time a new or old guest visits the Dinamica works its magic and receives rave reviews for aroma, appearance and taste. We have well surpassed two thousand beverages and have converted many others and always speak of or about the beverage quality of this little gem. We would die of a broken heart without our Dina;) lol Don’t let the naysayers sway you, this is a top shelf, time tested and proven machine! JVD

Magical 💫

I am so happy with the DeLonghi Dinamica. I have to admit I was a little intimated at first but have quickly learned how to operate it smoothly. I look forward to having a cup or two in the morning. The machine does make noise but given the fact that it is doing all the work of grinding, brewing & cleaning , I can overlook that aspect.

Excellent Design and Operation

Really love the machine. I miss it when away from home as  I’ve gotten used to pressing a button and getting my custom  cup of morning coffee with its delightful cream surface and  amazing flavor. Highly recommend any user take advantage of the custom settings! Also I find the design, engineering,  software and alerts and touchscreen controls to all be surprisingly top notch. My only tiny tech gripe is you have to watch the water level before starting your brew as it doesn’t know when the level is below what is selected for your drink size so you get - say -  a half-cup when you were expecting a full cup.
