No cappuccino aby morze.

Unfortunately, latte crema does not work anymore, although I have machine only four months. I clean the attachment after every use but I only get steamed milk - no foam. I tried everything washing, cleaning but no result. I tried to contact support but they don't have this machine on the supported list.

Great product fun to use

I am a coffee aficionado so I appreciate good coffee as I hope you do this machine really does it all froths milk beautifully, does all the coffee drinks well! Good looking machine very up-to-date hopefully will last for many years. I would bet it does.

Wow. Amazing coffee.

Took my time picking a new machine and settled on this. Set it up today - pretty easy save for the water filter instruction installation being seemingly out of sequence in the screen guide to set up (I was told to fill the water tank but no mention of water filter at that time). In any case, 4 coffees in and this is amazing. Rich espresso, and full-bodied cappuccinos and macchiatos. Didn't realize how much I missed making good coffee at home. The Dinamica Plus is on deep discount right now in Canada, but I went with Magnifica to have the Americano option among the available one-touch drinks.

Had to have another one

Having had a Delonghi Magnifica Evo while living in Germany for a year, when we moved back to the US we knew we had to get one for our home in America. We decided on the Plus model and it has been everything we knew it would be and more. The touch screen controls makes it so easy to get the exact custom coffee we want.

Very Disappointed

I bought this unit to replace my manual espresso machine. I drink mostly lattes and I've been severely disappointed. The coffee is good, but the machine does not steam the milk. I've ended up with lukewarm drinks that are unenjoyable. I refuse to heat them up in the microwave as this seems ridiculous. I'm having trouble returning the unit as DeLonghi doesn't seem to want to admit this is a problem. Considering the amount of money I spent only to be unhappy, I'm very dissatisfied with the machine and the company
