This is a very expensive piece of tech for the value and benefit you get back. It looks good and works really nicely - you tap your finger on the outside of the gold casing to start the fan- but the impact on the room is so minimal that it’s not worth purchasing. I really really wanted to like this. I did give it a good go. Tried two cartridges over 17 months. Not sure if the fan starts and stops by itself but I can hear it working one minute then jot the next (though it is very quiet). Save your money for Byredo incense sticks which cost the same but smell so much better

product needs improvement
This is suppose to turn on with a gentle touch but it is impossible to turn it on manually. Mostly it has a mind of its own , sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesnot. Nice design and scent projection but at this price point it should work better..Disappointing.

Nice but doesn’t come with insert
Nice diffuser - looks great in my hallway and smells divine
Elegant Diffuser
This electric diffuser from Diptyque looks really nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the scent throw from it when turned on. The only negative about it for me, is the noise from the fan. The fan also makes it sit out further from the wall than I would have liked but overall it looks and smells good.

Elegant addition to the Home
This is another wonderful product from the brand. Lots of plug-in air fresheners are, quite frankly hideous to look at, but this one is really elegant and beautiful. it is Designed really well, not only aesthetically but most importantly, it’s functional! It Has a really nifty on off function and a three hour timer that you activate just by touching it. All the fragrances are lovely and this plug-in fans the beautiful aromas around my home.

Perfect gift
Beautiful diffuser that made a lovely gift. Was hesitant to buy due to the price but the recipient liked the design. I appreciate that you can manually turn it on and off (or otherwise it turns off automatically after 3 hours, which is useful if you’re prone to forgetting). We used the ‘baies’ diffuser scent and it’s quite strong; we could smell it over two floors. Another review mentioned the fan, but I didn’t think it made noticeable noise. Overall was happy I purchased it and it’s perfect as a gift.

Pricey little diffuser
The way yo make it work is to put your fingers on the diffuser for a few seconds. Same way to turn it off. Clever

Style over Substance
This Diptyque Diffuser looks great in my spare bedroom. But it is really quite loud compared to a standard household plug in diffuser. You need to manually turn it on when you want to use it, and it diffuses for around 3 hours - the whole time you can hear it hum so good to use it before your guests arrive. Looks lovely, a shame it isn't slicker to operate
