too short

This has a nice cut to it in the front and back, but it's just too short on me, hitting just below my waist and inch or two. I also thought the sleeves were strange. I'm seeing a lot of weird sleeves lately and this has it. They kind of balloon out in the upper arm and make your arms look wide. It's also pretty low-cut. I'm 5'7" 36B, 135 lbs. and ordered the Medium, only to return. It might work for shorter people.

Light weight and quality blouse
