Usually Donald Pliner runs too narrow for me , but I ordered half a size larger and they were perfect. Comfortable right out of the box. Have received numerous compliments, wondering what maker.

Oh my goodness this shoe is soooo comfortable, I normally change my shoes when I get to work but I didn’t have to when I wore these. I got a half size up so I can wear it with my tights and it fit perfect. I will definitely get the black color as well.

Beautiful but painful
Looking to add a chunkier loafer to my collection which consists of 6+ pairs of the Sam Edelman Loraine in a size 10 (most comfortable loafer ever IMO). For reference, I wear a size 10,10.5 or 11 in shoes depending on the designer). This is my 1st time trying on a Donald Pliner shoe. Ordered the size 11. It was a little too big - wish it came in half sizes. More importantly, the sides of the shoe hit my ankle bone & made it painful to even walk around my apartment. Not sure if it’s because of the patent leather trim. (Had the same experience on 2 pairs of GH Bass loafers I recently ordered). Either way I had to return them - the search continues!
Beautiful on the outside unlike inside.
They look elegant on the outside. They fit well, that is true to size, but the inside it tricky. I have to protect my heel with tape because the edge rubs it on an off. Make sure you take that into account. !!
