Terrible design , the inside gets wet which creates mold and a very bad smell . No way it can be cleaned .

Faulty Shower Cap?

I recently received the shower cap I ordered and have used it twice (with the plastic on the outside and the terrycloth on the inside, like normal). Both times, the terrycloth inside has been so wet at the end of the shower that I can physically wring it out and water pours off and then it takes forever to dry. I can't imagine this is normal. As it is, the cap is basically useless because my hair is sitting in wet terrycloth instead of it keeping it dry. I am wondering if the one I received has a hole in it or is faulty because if this is what it's supposed to do, it's ridiculous.
