After three weeks I’m extremely pleased. I let the Dyson map two floors of my house, and then I set up zones on each floor. You can send the robot to specific zones to clean trouble areas, using the very intuitive app. The robot easily navigates over thresholds and does a great job on both carpet and hard surface floors. If the battery gets low, the robot returns for a charge. I have two big yellow labradors and the suction does a great job picking up fur. The unit is quieter than our upright Dyson, and the filtration works great. The robot sensors work well as it never crashes into walls or doors—it slows down before contact is made.

Not worth the money
Returned within two weeks. Robot kept stopping asking for the sensors to be cleaned (room was not dusty/dirty - plus it's a vacuum! It's supposed to pick up dust!). When it got stuck, it would just go quiet and I'd have to go look for it. It would have been helpful to hear some sort of distress signal. Finally, at the end of every cycle, it could never find its way to home. I would have to pick it up and put it in its place. Very disappointed. I was hoping I could just map it and let it go but I found I had to stand over it to make sure it was working - defeats the purpose, yes?

Really dumb smart product, not worth BF discount
Seems to vacuum well, but it is dumb. It is not a smart vacuum. It goes through so much effort to scan the house but then creates a low res map it can't even follow. It is incapable of finding it's home station. It needs a serious lobotomy to become a useful piece of equipment.

Such a big help
One month with New Dyson 360 Nav..very happy with it..once app downloaded and mapping done,I set about giving names to different rooms..once done it has been a pleasure to daily plan cleaning routine..we look for time when noise would not bother us,do the kitchen daily and one more room..Lanai is one step down and have not included in mapping..Lanai is done manually by lifting Dyson and putting it there and starting manually...wonderfully easy to empty dust bin...Great job!

Worst Robot Vac
This vacuum missed the mark completely. It struggles to map rooms, leaves debris behind, and keeps bumping into furniture like it’s lost. For something this expensive, I expected reliability, not constant errors and resets. Save your money and pick something else.

Doesn’t work properly
I wanted to love the Dyson Vis Nav, but it’s been nothing but a headache. The navigation is terrible, it constantly gets stuck, and the cleaning performance isn’t anywhere near what the price suggests. Battery life drops fast, the app is buggy, and it feels more like a beta product than a premium vacuum. Definitely not worth the money.
