I bought two of these as a fan of Dyson products. The first one won’t recognize the dock and won’t charge. The second one won’t even do the initial setup.

A great vacuum but a work in progress
This an extremely well built robot vacuum with great suction and some very sophisticated navigation mapping and features.

Great
Yeah, bought it like three months ago. It worked great for like two weeks and something happened. I couldn’t fix it with your help so we sent it back and they couldn’t fix it so they sent me a new replacement and it’s been working great ever since.

Excellent robot
This robot does its job very well. It has a WIDE vacuuming head and is built heavy/sturdy. I needed a robot that could vacuum WITHOUT RUNNING its roller and this is the only one that gives you that option. Also had high hopes that it would still have enough suction power to clean the carpet without the roller. This guy meets all my needs with excellence. The other thing I just love is its not visually your face. Its docking station is small, low profile and is simply there for recharging. To empty it you just remove the collecting bucket and tap the release button. This is simply an amazing vacuum.

Excellent carpet vacuuming
Great carpet vacuuming, suction. Battery life could be improved especially in boost mode.

Needs help
Unite doesn’t get close enough to items leaves allot not done and doesn’t complete its runs

Better than imaginable
After my first use, my floors and rugs are cleaner than ever! It runs until needing a recharge, takes itself to the charging station and then resumes cleaning. I could not be happier and I highly recommend this product. Worth the money because nothing out cleans a Dyson

A Good Thing
Things I love: My Dyson picks up a lot of dirt and cat hair! It happens to be a beautiful object. I like that there aren't bags to change and that it empties so cleverly. Battery life is good. I like the how-to videos a lot. Things I like a little less: Mapping was an issue; I had to repeat it a couple of times. I could not make the zones exactly as I wanted them--there's one small space I need to clean almost daily, and I can't seem to accomplish that without letting it clean a larger space. It's had trouble returning to the dock a couple of times. Overall I really glad I have it.
