I love my Dyson Airstrait! Made my morning prep so much faster. My hair has never been so healthy, even my husband notice it. Finally a real wet to dry that doesn't damage the hair.

Fantastic item. My hair usually takes approx. 1hr to style, now only 10min.

Cons outweighs Pros

I bought this to only pass it on after 5months of usage. I really thought this would be the ideal device for keeping my hair straight and kempt through the day. My hair type includes long, thick, frizzy and wavy hair texture. Pros of dyson airstrait 1. Kept my hair straight most parts of the day, was a little wav by the end of the day. 2. Dual function of a hair dryer and a straightener is indeed helpful if I only wanted to dry my hair and not straighten it. 3. Beautiful device and colour 4. Absolutely innovative design Cons of the dyson airstrait 1. Price is exorbitant (but then again so are most dyson products) 2. It takes some getting used to its weight. The airstrait isnt too heavy but neither is it light. So it does takes some endurance and strength to use the device when getting through the whole head of hair. 3. It takes very long to straighten my hair evenly straight because it requires doing it in sections since the airstrait can only straighten a small amount of hair at a time. So it is time consuming to do it everyday after my hair wash, which event led me to not look forward to drying/straightening my hair after a bath. 4. Despite its non heat damage feature being a top feature; there is still heat in the hot air blowing at your hair! For straightening to be more effective, higher temperate settings is required if not you’ll be setting it at a lower temperature setting but straightening the same amount of hair a few times which becomes more time consuming. 5. Because of the high temperature of the hot air blowing, my hair was still slightly damaged after 5months of usage despite adding heat protectant cream. 6. Not evenly straightened hair after every usage. It was difficult for me to find a rhythm with this device because at times, my hair remained straight through the most of the day, sometimes my hair gets wavy faster or is not evenly straighten which is frustrating. So that meant, using higher temperature settings and adding more passes at the same section of the hair (which made my hair very hot when touched!) 7. The major con is the high hair loss I had through the 5months which got me very worried. My husband and I noticed a lot more hair on the floor after every usage of the device because the nature of the device is to pull the hair downwards and blowing hot air downwards. So the more passes = more hair loss. So by the 5th month, I decided that usage of the airstrait is not good for my hair health for the long run.

A total game changer!

Only bought 3 weeks ago and am absolutely amazed at the job it does! It didn’t take long to figure out how to use and the tutorials on the app are very handy and easy to follow. As someone who has frizzy medium length hair and has religiously used straightners and irons my whole life this has been an absolute game changer for me. No more frizzy, dry and wiry hair- I have noticed the difference already. I don’t know what wizardry Dyson use but the airstrait is AMAZING!!! I have talked my sister and woke other friends into purchasing one!

Easy to use

Excellent product. Dries shoulder length hair quickly and easily. Nice natural straight result and have not needed to use straighteners at all since buying. For poker straight finish would need straightener touch.

Salon-like Results!!

Love, love, love this hair dryer! The wet-to-dry function is unbelievable and the result is the same as visiting my hairdresser - but in a fraction of the time. I haven’t mastered the styling functionality yet, but I’m sure I’ll get there. I know it’s expensive but I’m saving on weekly salon visits. Very happy indeed.

Worth it !!

This has to be one of the best things I have ever bought - It's pricey but so worth it !! My frizzy hair has been tamed with ease and now I even have a lovely shine in my hair that I never had before. Outstanding !!!!

Great results - design improvements needed!

I do love the air straight, although a couple of design improvements could be made. The cord is too short, and the charger transformer is enormous, and will not suit all power points! My partner had to install a new point or I would have had to use an extension cord or power board every time! But the drying results are amazing - even hairdressers think I’ve had a pro style when I’ve done it myself !
