Not impressed with cooling but air quality is good

While the machine is set to the cool mode, it will circulate the air in the room which provides personal cooling through the wind chill effect of air passing over your skin. The machine is designed as a Fan which means it won't actively cool the air as effectively as an air conditioner will our purifiers are fans. The machine will cool you with the windchill effect, but it won't cool the air like an air conditioner. It will not drastically change the temperature of a room. When set to cool mode this machine functions as a powerful purifying fan, it isn't thermostatically controlled in this mode.

Great Product, ideally more powerful

The item is holding on very well. It is a very easy product to use. The only ‘negative’ teh power is weak due to the design. But guess that is the price to pay for bladeless design.

Frustrated

I took it back because it wouldn't oscillate. Now Dyson won't stop sending me emails even though I have selected my preference for unsubscribe numerous times. The "opt-out" of future communications doesn't work.

Extremely quiet

So quiet that you it easy to forget it on and working, it was an added advantage that it can be controlled from a mobile device. The sleek design also added to the room decor. Though expensive but worth it.

Silent and easy to use

Only buy if you want to use the warranty.

3rd time lucky. 1st one died just after its warranty.. Of course. 2nd one did not last 6 months and the last one was sent and the remote did not work. . So had to go a buy another battery and Luckly it worked then.
