App is useless
The app cannot display the current temperature setting, or the environmental conditions. The four piece filter is more complicated to install than any other Dyson model I’ve ever used. better to buy a used pre-UL restrictions model than this one.

Awesome air filtration and heat
As an air purifier and a space heater, it’s amazing. As a fan or the “cool” part of it, not so much. I bought this hoping to replace 3 devices used in my office/sun room. The fan definitely works but when set to Auto the fan barely produces any wind at all. It would be nice if I could set the fan speed when in auto mode. Also the color is hideous and doesn’t match any room in the house. Nickel and gold? I might as well have a bunch of black lacquer and gold accents everywhere with green shag carpet.. it’s 2024 not 1979

No More Yucky 2nd-Hand Smoke
So incredibly impressed. I leave it on auto and am amazed at how it knows to go from level zero or level 1 to levels 48 - 52 if I've opened my apartment door while my next door neighbor is smoking. (The main reason for the purchase.) The smoke was unbearable prior to purchasing the Dyson. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you, Dyson, for such an amazing solution.

Very disappointing
What a disappointing product that does nothing well. The cool is just a fan that’s not that great anyways. The price point for something so mediocre was disappointing. The app also sucks. Can’t do any of the timers if you’re in California. Anyways I really tried to like this as my first Dyson product. This left me disappointed and I eventually returned it.
