NIce dress, not that nice fit

Dress is very nice, but waist does not sit on natural waist, which makes the dress feel uncomfortable and not looking as good as in the picture. I returned it

cute but runs a tad small

I am 5'7" about 135 and have a long torso. I usually wear a small in dresses. I found the sleeves tight around my arms and the waist too short for me. I'm going to exchange for a medium in hopes that size fits a little better. It is actually a very light cotton dress, great quality, and will be perfect for summer in the south.
