Incorrect size

I will not order anything else if it doesn’t come from Bloomingdale’s directly! I have ordered this shoe twice and received the wrong size each time! Definitely not good customer service at all and it doesn’t appear Bloomingdale’s is any help when it comes to 3rd party orders!
