UNCERTAIN DRESS PURCHASE TURNED GREAT

Not Keeping

Bought two dresses, so I could choose for an event going to, did not keep this one. Didn't like the frill around the neck or arms. Showed to others and they weren't crazy about the look of the dress itself.
