Charging base fails after a couple months. No phone # to contact only email and then they don’t respond. This issue with base is very common

This is a terrible product. It always goes cold even if I'm charging. I have to constantly go into the app to raise it to the highest level and adjust to my preferences. It's just a high maintenance product that's not even as good as thermos. I've stopped using it until they do a better product update that doesn't require you to go into a janky app every multiple times a day, it should be customizable to your preset preferences.

Bluetooth issue is frustrating

Until the Bluetooth and charge base pogo issue is fixed can't rate this better. Other then that I love the mug.

Poor Quality

This mug has chips and flakes on the bottom of the inside. Very disappointed, especially for what it cost. Barely had it for one year. Would not recommend.

Defective Mugs and Radio Silence from company

Stopped working after one month. Says it’s empty when it’s not. Likely because of a firmware update bug. Ember has refused to reply to requests for support or refund. Many cases of this being reported. I’m going to report Ember to the Better Business Bureau, as are many other people.

I received this as a gift. I love it. I don’t use any other mug for my coffee.

Morning Ritual!

I bought one for hubby last year and he loves it. I finally got mine and I love my morning ritual now. A lovely cup of hot tea while watching the birds.
