Bad battery life

It is an ok mug.. but its not worth 200.. for 200 I would expect it to hold charge when not in use or on.. but the battery goes dead off charger even if it was fully charged when taken off. Where is the energy going? Why doesnt hold the charge when off? It will go dead in a matter of 2-3 hours even off charge. This should have been fixed before releasing this product.

Excellent Mug but not the Lid

Product is actually Excellent deserves 5 Star. Got my travel mug 2 as xmas present from my son couple years ago and still works as it should. i have Coaster 2 in my home and in my office and a car charger, too! AGAIN, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT but it breaks my heart to give 4 stars mainly because the 360 Lid is not durable - my second 360 LID lasted only for 3 months and broke again the inside latch to hold it open ; second lid same issue.. I've been using the Sipping Lid which can spill, though.

Not Good

I bought two of ember products the Mug and this one , the mug is still working great with slight temperature control , but this product ( Travel Mug) shortly get corroded and corrosion show up at bottom of the TM.

Great cup, Lousy lid!

Lid broke after 1 month. Replacement has proved difficult at best.

Great cup

I love this cup it was givin to me as a gift.only complaint i have is the lid breaks and wont stay open.i bought a replacement lid bur it broke too.still a great cup

Loved it, but the lid broke

I must say I am impressed with Ember products but I give them a three star because I’ve replaced my charging base on my regular cup multiple times and now the lid is broken on my travel mug and there’s none in stock. This company seems to have a problem maintaining stock. Not to mention their app is very flaky and I’ve had to reload my mugs twice now. When I buy a product from a company, I’m creating a relationship with that company and so far this relationship is a bit one-sided.
