Looks great, but too fragile

We bought two sets and have used them a handful of times. Two have already broke on separate occasions. One shattered after washing in the dishwasher and the other we noticed a crack when our friend was drinking from it. They look beautiful, but they are too fragile. I am a bit disappointed since I love all the other glassware and dishware.
