lacking usual FR quality

I love farm rio and have several items from the brand. I would love to give this 5 stars but after two wears, the top closure is falling off. it’s elastic and threaded so I’m not sure how to fix and am not looking forward to hearing the tailor. I shouldn’t have to repair something after two gentle wears.
