Arms too puffy & looks cheap.

I’m 5’1” and the dress reaches my knees. I sized up to the XL because it ran tighter in the bust. The arms are massive and puffy. This looks really cheap, not luxe.

A fun summery date dress. The printed pat pattern is very tropical. The low V-neck offsets the puffy sleeves. The cotton linen fabric can get a little wrinkly.
