I ordered this in black in XS and white in L. I'm usually a medium and the large was too big on me especially in the armpit area. I got the XS for my daughter who is very petite and she was able to fit into the XS but couldn't really button it at the bottom which is crazy to me because she's so tiny. Anyway, I liked the natural fabric but alas had to return them. The photos look much better than the actual vest. It looks crisp in the photos, but IRL it's a little shabbier version...thinner and wrinklier. I would've kept it especially at the sale price if I had the medium.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had placed an order with you on 4/25 for a trip I am going on 5/13. UPS says the shipment is lost, there's no tracking after 5/2 , they said shipper must fie a claim. I've called customer service several times they refused to do anything for another 11 days, which is after my trip. The first time I called I waited over an hour for a supervisor, finally Edwin said he would have a supervisor call me, they never called I called again today and I have been on hold for over 50 minutes again and still no supervisor. This is the worse customer service I have ever had. I had hoped they would reship the items and file the claim with UPS since I need these items but obviously thst is not happening. Next time I'll shop at Nordstrom or Neiman.

Poor Condition
The condition of this vest after opening its package was really disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The item was wrinkled so bad it looked like someone had worn it and possibly washed, then sent back in the same wrapping paper used the first time. Wrapping paper had been all "crumpled" up prior to placing the garment. Just never expected this type of quality coming from Bloomingdales.
