Disappointing reviews

Im seeing the reviews from a year ago the same problem with functionality and you would think they have fixed this issue. Im reluctant to buy this watch now

What no QA?

Just purchased this product and it won't function. Spent half an hour winding, 15 minutes shaking it and it still won't move. Now I have to send it out for repairs and won't have it back for another 2-4 weeks.

Great but careful.

Looks great and all but the hands didn't work and now have to take it to fossil or a watch store to fix them.
