Odd sizing

I should have ordered two sizes at the start to see which fit better. I ended up wearing the size I got out to dinner one night, thus voiding my ability to return. They have broken in a little over the past few wears making them too big.

Attractive and comfortable.

I bought this boot almost a month ago. After less than one hour of use, the stitching in the right boot began protruding from the recessed groove in the sole. It formed a linier clump. I have another pair I bought over a year ago and no issues have occurred. The Frye support team said they will resolve the matter in five to seven days. My first notification to them was on November 4. It is now the 18th and no return goods freight label has been issued. The date for that to occur keeps getting extended. I am truly surprised and annoyed at the way this is playing out. Today I have been told by your support team that a resolution could take thirty days to go through your system. A period of time that is longer than what I was previously told . Please give me an honest answer to where I am in your system. Am I in the mouth, the lower bowels or somewhere in between?
