Impressive Countertop Oven
We just received our Matte Black Cafe Couture Oven. Our kitchen is full of Matte Black Cafe appliances so this fits in well. My first concern was temperature accuracy and although we haven't actually made anything in the oven yet, I did run it for 30 minutes at 350° with a Taylor oven thermometer in it and it read exactly 350°. I did plug it into a Watt meter and during the pre-heat it did hit 1500 Watts. When the heating elements weren't on but the oven was still running I saw ~30 Watts. With the oven completely turned off it's using just under 1 Watt. The glass in the door does get pretty hot but the rest of the unit remained cooler than expected. Ours is sitting on our countertop with cabinets above and it never really got above warm. I'm very please with the looks and electrical performance.

Amazingly precise control for this type of device.
I also have the Cuisinart table top oven and I could write a positive review for that one as well, but this one surpasses that one with the level of computer controls that it provides for the cooking cycle. There is less chance of burning things and it does a very gentle toasting of cheese/ham sandwiches. The butter browns perfectly. I also cooked some steaks to medium rare and they came out perfectly. One word of advice is to be sure to put water in the tray underneath or smoke will escape and trigger your smoke alarms. I also have the Cafe induction stove with two ovens and they accompany each other very well.

Very Versatile, nice looking unit.
The number of functions on this machine is a major bonus. The size is perfect for many dishes, especially when air frying. The heating elements on the bottom are exposed, and the manual indicates that any food that ends up on them will eventually burn off. This is not an elegant solution. We take care not to use anything that might drip. The door should have a more secure closure, but it doesn't seem to impede the processes.

The best appliance I ever owned
I love this convection oven air fryer and wished I hadn't waited so long to be buy this. It has liberated me from a lot of soggy microwaved food. I am still learning all the amazing things this little oven does and it's so FAST!

Great features, functionality and style!
I absolutely LOVE this versatile oven / air fryer. After years of owning Cusinart and Ninja, this is be far a superior product. If you are on the fence, buy it!

Love this oven
Love this oven appearance everything works great just a little disappointed in the black tray. It doesn’t fit in it. It is too big.

A Swiss Army Knife for the kitchen
It does so much and looks so much nicer than a Breville. Toasts better than our Breville did and is much better made. Weighs twice as much….so far , so good.
