attractive but

I purchased this lovely couch but the problem is with the electrical cord that elevate the reclining chairs. They burn out easily and now I don't know where to get the wires or because one of the recliner is not working. I need help with this thing if anyone is reading this. Otherwise everyone that comes to my house keeps asking me where did I buy this couch. They love it and I love it too b ut just the extension wires I am scared of.

Most comfortable because it is adjustable

I went to six different stores, looking for the most comfortable couch and realized that what I really wanted is an adjustable couch. I can make it more firm and a smaller footprint for more formal settings. Or the loungers pull out to make it zero gravity like a theater. Very functional in our small New York City apartment. Depending on how my body feels, I can adjust the head or the recline. I have a Sleep Number bed because I like to adjust it based on how my body feels. This couch is like a Sleep Number couch :-)

The Most Uncomfortable couch on the Planet

Great looking couch. It is so incredibly uncomfortable I would not take it if they gave it to me. I bought this couch last year. It took 6 months to get it and when I called the store to return it, they said I was too late and that nothing could be done. Great customer service Bloomingdales. The only way to tolerate the couch is when you completely recline the seat. Even then, it is terribly uncomfortable. Do not waste your time or money on this piece of XXXXXXX.
