They do not last

I loved these when I bought them 9 months ago. Since then the gold trim has all washed off and they are just boring white plates. Bloomingdales refuses to do anything to help. Don't waste your money. So upsetting. Total rip-off.

Good value

I agree with another reviewer - the plates are pretty with the gold rims, but some had defects in black spots and a few imperfections. I kept them anyway since most were OK.

The plates are very pretty, especially the gold rims. But they did come with some defects (color blotches/spots and chips).

Beautiful set, great value

Classic, beautiful dish set. Great value for the price. Durable, have held up well in the dishwasher. On close inspection, gold trim is not even, but a beautiful set of everyday dishes at this price, can't be beat.
