Too Small
This pan is so small that you can hardly flip one egg in this. I never expected it to be this small.

A small but Mighty pan.
Mini GreenPan was a hit with my son! He wanted a small pan to cook a one egg omelet and this pan made the grade!

Not Induction Friendly
I REALLY want a 5" pan that will work on my induction cooktop. Total fail on GreenPans part.

one egg wonder
Perfect for a quick over-easy egg. Quick cleanup. OXO cookie spatula, only 3 inches (!), is great for turning the egg. Just received the pan as a gift but I expect the quality to be high.

Great Addition to my Cookware
Since I bought a larger frying pan, I already know the many benefits of GreenPan ownership: quick heating-up & cooking, plus very easy clean-up. The 5”mini has the same solid workmanship but enables me to cook smaller amounts when needed, e.g. egg-white omelets, melted butter, etc. (I never go beyond medium heat with any of my pots/pans in order to maintain their finishes and quality.).
