Not easy, but I like the way it cooks!
The splatter shield is difficult to try and get on. They’ve designed it to be very tight fit. It doesn’t need to be it just needs to fit and be easy to get on and off. It’s not!

Worth it!!
Love love loving!! It’s so fun to use. My family got a kick out of using it. They each made their own steaks on it. Was super cool to use and food was cooked to perfection.

So far, I am very impressed...
I have owned a lot of electric griddles over the years. When we cook breakfast in our house, it is an event. Most often we are too busy to have breakfast as a family, so when we do stop to have breakfast, we go all out. And the electric griddle is always a big part of that. Some have been more durable than others...none of them have cooked evenly...none. I bought this grill/griddle because I was looking for something with a little more capacity and hopefully something that would solve my uneven cooking issues. Scored on both counts. I can churn out more pancakes at a time on this unit and the cooking is even across the surface. The pancakes were so pretty I almost hated to eat them...almost. We will see if it holds up over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new favorite appliance is this indoor grill. It's a good grill that's well made and just the right size. The grill lids can be interchanged, one flat and one with grill grooves. When needed, it creates good restaurant-quality food. Start-up and cleanup are easy. It says smokeless but it did create some smoke for me. Significantly less than what you would expect from a grill. I live in an apartment where I can't have a grill to cook meat so this one is perfect for cooking. I love this device.
