Great set with some caution
This set is beautiful and wonderful to cook with, but there are some important things to keep in mind. I was a little concerned after reading the instructions that olive oil is not recommended. I cook almost exclusively with olive oil. That being said, so far, so good. I haven't had any issues. I try not to cook on too high of a heat. I also make sure to clean by hand with the soft side of the sponge. The outside of two of my pans have already scratched, despite handling pretty carefully. I have each one lined when stacked, but placing into the cabinet, it did hit the side of the cabinet on the way in/out with the bottom pan. I think the inside is coated differently and a little more durable. I would have loved for a larger pot to come with this set and I'll likely have to purchase one separately because this pot is not large enough (for me at least) with sauces, soups, stews, etc. I'll rely on my Dutch oven for those. All in all, the food cooks really well and I've been enjoying the results and ease of the non-stick coating with cleaning.

Better than expected
I got rid of my old Ninja pans and replaced with these Greenpans for healthier cooking. I am very happy with them and am planning on buying more of the brand in saucepans, as well. Very well made and great for sautéing. They do heat better and quicker than my old pans , I’ve learned to keep the temp a little lower to get the same results.

Got rid of other non-stick pans
Extremely pleased with this set of pans. They are truly non-stick and the fact that they don't use any teflon or PFAs in their product is huge. We wondered how they would perform next to our cast iron as far as browning to that crisp stage and they equaled the results. Very happy. The price was a bargain.

A fantastic set of fry pans!
Run, do not walk , to buy these pans! They are worth every penny. They cook the food well and glean beautifully and very easily. I love them and am buying another set.

Do it worth the money
Amazing product, I initially wanted the set for the aesthetic look of the set, so classy, however these pots & pans are amazing! You will not be disappointed worth every penny & knowing these are better for my family. Do it! For reference I have the black with gold handles.
