Pan is great!
The pan is so non-stick it is insane. I cook with it, and then wash it with a soft sponge and its like new, very fast. GREAT PAN!

Best cookware I've ever owned
These pans are sturdy, dishwasher-able, and beautiful. Their non-stick surfaces work perfectly. I like the fact that they are health-safe. I threw out all my old teflon pans. I would recommend green pan products to anyone. Our children have changed theirs, too. In fact, it was our daughter who first learned about and purchased a green pan. We now feel much better about what we cook.

Great! Want a bigger one.
This is a great pan! I wish they would offer this in a larger size with a wider diameter. We do a lot of meal prepping, and it's not the best for browning a large amount of ground meats.

Every keen cook should have a set of green pans
I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

Best ceramic pans. You need so little oil and they seem really resistant to chipping.
