Simple and classic.

I am not one for statement pieces of jewelry; I prefer simple gold chain and pendant. This Gucci piece is beautiful but also sturdy. The chain is very substantial (but not gaudy) and has a lobster claw clasp.

Dainty everyday gold necklace

This is on a thin gold chain that adjusts to rest at the throat or about midway between the throat and the breastbone. The GG logos can be seen if someone is standing at normal American conversation distance otherwise the Icon Twirl shape would only be recognizable by a Gucci fan. This is a dainty necklace and would be.nice with a low crew neck top or a collared shirt with the 2 top buttons undone. It would be lost on a low cut neckline or turtleneck, I believe.
