Beautiful Timepiece but crappy presentation

I purchased this watch online just a week a go from Bloomingdales. Recognizing that Bloomingdales is an upscale retailer, I did not have any reservations regarding this high ticket price item. However, when the item arrive it was place on a cheap watch holder cushion, the Gucci box it was placed in was clearly for another product, and the item came with no instructions. How can this be the expectations for Bloomingdales merchandise. I have ordered socks that were better packaged and presented. The watch was time operating, and without the directions, I was unable to get the second hand moving. DISGRACEFUL!
