Only the shoes was ok

i’ve been a macy’c company client for a years and its my number one search option. Unfortunately I received today my gucci pair in a horrible condition, damaged shipping box and damaged gucci box The only thing that survived is the shoes I also took some pictures if you guys need them. Thanks
