NOT SO GUCCI

My husband went in the store to pick up the shoes and that goodness he looked inside the box. Gucci box, gucci shoe cover with a Ferragamo patent shoe inside. This was extremely disappointing. The store began the immediate return and was lost for words. We have lost faith in bloomingdales online services. You need to look into and ensure your packers and shippers are not stealing product. This was a horrible experience.
