Horrible after purchase service

I bought these sunglasses for my wife as a present. After 6 months, a key screw holding the lens in place came off, and Gucci will not honor a repair. Bloomingdales won't accept responsibility as the retailer. Do not buy anything this expensive online from Bloomingdales, you won't get service for a defective product when the manufacturer reneges on its obligation.

Not everlasting Gucci glasses

Beautiful glasses. Lightweight. Doesn’t block much sun because light lenses. And the frameless posts fall off. Have to make sure tighten every so often or you’ll be getting them fixed.
