Outstanding service from the sales associate and the manger. I purchased these shoes almost a year ago for my wife. The shoes arrived with some type of stain. We returned them to the store in Chevy Chase. The wonderful sales associate assisted us and returned the shoes and ordered my wife a new pair. My wife asked for a smaller size. When the shoes arrived my wife never tried the new pair on. She recently decided she wanted to wear the shoes and to her surprise the shoes were the wrong size. We called back and returned to the store. The manager was called over and after a few snags in the process they were able to return the order and reorder the correct size. The shoes arrived in the right size and not dirty. The wife tried the shoes on and loves them.

Love these sneakers. They take a bit of breaking in as they are quite stiff out of the box, but after that - they are awesome. Size wise - a half size down is perfect.

sneakers are not worth the pricey cost. They are stiff and uncomfortable. I’ve worn them many time to break them in but to no avail. I’m giving them away unfortunately and sticking with my Veja.

These shoes are a love. They are comfortable and stylish, love the golden bee on it. Sizing wise these shoes run large. I’m usually 39 or 39.5 in closed toe shoes and I purchased size 38 in it.
