Great shoe, ball dropped on shipping/cust service

Great shoe, ball dropped on service. Paid extra for express shipping. Four calls (lots of on hold) and 2 emails later — item finally shipped and got to me on day 6!! Express shipping fee was refunded but if I had not called, item would still be there I am guessing .
