not boxed per request and payment for
once again I’m writing because my ordere was not delivered boxed and gift bowed after requesting it be so and being charged your fee for the service. no gift receipt included in order either. this is third order this year this has occurred on and why you offer and charge fees for this service I have no idea since you never follow thru on it. it takes time and extra effort to enter info onto order, then used my valuable time to on hold with your service dept to get charge redacted and I’m made to feel like I’m the Karen customer complaining all the time. I’m only asking for refunds on services I thought you offer because it says you do when you order. but I’m the bad Karen customer on the phone when I call for refund? how about if you don’t intend to do or can’t. save us all aggravation and stop offering it already.
