Almost a Great Suit

This is tough. It would have been a great suit - the jacket fit perfectly and it looked really sharp. But then I went to try the pants and discovered they didn't make the trip. Like as not, the pants slipped off the hanger during packing an no one noticed. Elation turned to disappointment inside of 5 minutes. On the plus side, it was easy to contact Bloomingdale's, explain the problem, and start the return & refund process. The return was easy (box it up, print a return label, and drop it off at UPS) and they processed the refund within the week. I would have rather had the suit, but at least they didn't add any hassle to the experience.
