Easily scratched

Used for the first time and it is completely scratched. Very disappointing. Also the zip at the bottom of the case gets stuck and separates. I will be looking for a replacement once I get home in a month

Don't love it

We have had our Hartman bags for many years now. They no longer make the ones we have so this was the closest in size and configuration. It feels flimsy in comparison to the tweed that we are used to, but it is also much less expensive.
