I bought this item - InnovAire Medium - just one year ago to replace an older one that was showing a lot of wear. They changed the wheels to a single wheel from the original double 360. On my trip to London this summer the new single wheel model got stuck and twisted which caused me to tumble over it as I crossed the street causing a huge bruise on my leg. Would not recommend as this was the final straw of dealing with the single wheel model. Don't order this.

The product is very poorly constructed, despite their luxury claim. The hinges are defective and started cracking before even traveling with it. I don’t recommend any of the Hartman product, considering their quality and selling the defective pieces. I tried to reach out to their customer number in the warranty card and you know what no luck and it’s directing to some hotline. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Everything Breaks
The first time I used it the rubber latch over the zipper broke. This is the second Innovaire to break the rubber latch. A 3rd one in a set now has a broken lock. Another has a broken wheel.

Sleek and functional
For year I have traveled the world with a Hartman carry-on. Long trips have included a rucksack. I found on this last excursion that my 30 year old carry on would no longer fit requirements And had to check it at the gate. Upon returning from Central Europe I purchased this new international carry on. I was able to pack all my needs for an adventure in the Boundry Waters and it is lighter. I look forward to many more expeditions.

Used on several trips both as a carryon and checked bag. Very durable. This is the lightest weight bag on the market that I could find with four spinner wheels. Everything is high quality. It meets all international travel standards. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful But Fragile
Beautiful and lightweight. Unfortunately some TSA gorilla forced the lock open and now the zipper tabs no longer snap into the lock without considerable force, and require forcibly prying to eject. This isn't Hartmann's fault unless the lock was substandard to begin with.
