Defective hinges don’t buy this product
The product is very poorly constructed, despite their luxury claim. The hinges are defective and started cracking before even traveling with it. I don’t recommend any of the Hartman product, considering their quality and selling the defective pieces. I tried to reach out to their customer number in the warranty card and you know what no luck and it’s directing to some hotline. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Highly Recommend
Used on several trips both as a carryon and checked bag. Very durable. This is the lightest weight bag on the market that I could find with four spinner wheels. Everything is high quality. It meets all international travel standards. Definitely recommend.

Perfect light carry-on
This is so light and easy. I’m 73 yo woman with a service dog and this is the best carry-on ever. I travel frequently and have experienced more than one type.

Not so satisfied
I had the small one for some time but hinges got broken and inner strap… would expect better quality for the high price of the suitcase

It’s to small
Critical design failure
The lightweight design and spacious interior is great for travel and very innovative. However, for the price point it is a shame that the design team completely missed the point of failure in the in the cheap soft plastic that holds the middle of the suitcase together. Started to crack after 2 trips! I examined every other suitcase at my local travel store and even the least expensive ones have a solid fabric gasket sewn in-between to prevent this problem from ever occurring. How could Hartmann try to put this on the market in good conscience? Makes me wonder where else the corners were cut. a

180 bending gum hinges
I love this luggage, but you don't need to be Einstein to see that the hinges, by bending 180 degrees, are going to break sooner or later. (sooner, then later).
