I bought this item - InnovAire Medium - just one year ago to replace an older one that was showing a lot of wear. They changed the wheels to a single wheel from the original double 360. On my trip to London this summer the new single wheel model got stuck and twisted which caused me to tumble over it as I crossed the street causing a huge bruise on my leg. Would not recommend as this was the final straw of dealing with the single wheel model. Don't order this.

Super light suit case!
Love this super lite suit case. I normally only buy Tumi suitcases, but have been looking for a super light medium sized suitcase for a week's travel. This one is perfect.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE
The order and delivery process was simple and the product arrived well packaged and undamaged. The suitcase itself is stunning and extremely lightweight. I already had the carryon and large roller. Now my set is complete.
light as feather
Love this suitcase. This is the second one I have purchased. I have had my original one for over 10 years and it has basically been around the world and not treated too carefully I might add. One rubber hinge has broken but it still works great. Light as a feather, the smudges clean with polish remover. I now own 4!!

Love this suitcase
I travel with this luggage and the larger one. I use the medium one domestically and the large one internationally. It has handled well in both instances.. Lightweight, stylish, practically scratch proof, very few marks that I wipe off.. Love this luggage!!
