Helix the Worst Vendor

We placed an order on Bloomingdale of a mattress from Helix. After more than two weeks, we never received any delivery information from either the vendor or Bloomingdale. Called Bloomingdale three days ago and was promised that the delivery info would be sent to us. Nothing. Called again, the agent from Bloomingdale told us "we dont make any thing and it is the responsibility of the vendor, not Bloomgdale". What a joke since we purchased from Bloomingdale and paid Bloomingdale. Then the vendor, Helix which does not reply to Bloomingdale for at least 5 business days as I was told. How come any business will survive with this kind of efficiency and responsiveness. Never buy anything from Helix! Never buy anything online from Bloomingdale!
