Beautiful option but harder to style

I bought this in the gorgeous rose gold color. I realized when I got it home that because of the way it fit me (a little tight at the top, caused a "bulge" in the back/arms) that it might look a little better with a bolero over it. But then if I did that, the high neck line would just cause me to look "all boob" since it would be a lot of fabric. I love the dress but I either need it in a bigger size (originally bought a medium) OR need to exchange for a different style.
