Size information is misleading!

The model is apparently 29.5" bust, 22.25 waist. She allegedly is wearing a size small. I have a 34 inch bust, a 27 inch waist, but I am only 5'2" tall. I was confused because I normally order small sizes. I decided to risk it and get a size small, thinking it might be too tight and I might have to exchange. I was too scared to get a medium. The dress arrived and the fit on the body was fine, form fitting with even a bit of room. Not too tight. But the ARMS. My arms were swimming in this. Extremely loose. They were huge on me and not form fitting at all. I do consider myself to have thin arms, but I'm certainly not thinner than the model pictured. I don't know why the sleeves are form fitting on her, who likely has smaller arms than me, and is trying on the same size, but massive on me. The quality of the dress overall was lovely, but I'm disappointed and feel like the sizing information is false.
