Excellent Value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight of these saucepans - not too heavy, but not too thin. They provide even distribution of heat with no hot spots. The cover sits tightly on the saucepan, which also aides in even heat distribution The saucepans clean up beautifully, as well.

completed the set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to replace my old cookware when we switched to an induction stovetop in a recent kitchen upgrade. I originally bought the 1 1/2 qt and 2 qt stockpots, then later added the 4 qt and 8 qt. I didn't think I needed a 3 qt, and thought I was all set, but changed my mind. It really is a convenient size when cooking for two, especially vegetables like string beans and broccoli. I love the quality of all my Hestan cookware, and also have the whole set of Nanobond skillets/saute pan. Well worth the money!

I just can't get over
I just can't get over how easy these are to clean, and sometimes I add a little Barkeeper's friend to clean and it is like I just pull them out of the box. We've never had any stainless pot/pans before and we continue to be amazed at just how easy it is to cook in these without any trouble from things sticking unnecessarily (and if it does stick it comes off with the least amount of effort). These pots are super efficient at heating up in less than a minute on my induction cooktop.
