New kitchen go-to

After years of cooking with non-stick pans I wanted to try something new (for me). This pan is exactly as described and produced some lovely and delicious chicken. My only mistake was a bit too much oil, I overcompensated, but no harm done. Subsequent uses were even better with the proper amount of oil. Remember to let the food cook so it easily releases on its own.

Perfect Stainless Steel

Like many, I'm concerned about non-stick pans. This is the first stainless steel pan I've bought in decades and I chose it because of the recessed bolts - smooth surface inside.

So wonderfully made

It is flawless. The handle is easy to hold and doesn't get hot (somehow). The flat rivets are way easier to clean. It's solid and I will grow old with it.

100% worth the price!

Love these pans

These are the 4th brand of “clean” pans I’ve tried over the years. They are the best, although I still need to master scrambled eggs. They don’t take forever to heat up, they are a breeze to clean and I love the way the food cooks in them. Will definitely be purchasing more.
