broke during first trip! not strong enough. wheel dislocated and corner cracked.

This suitcase WAS beautiful. The wheels were smooth. The green was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I checked it in to fly from Portland, OR to Paris. When I picked it up, some of the green had little bits chipped off like it was a hard candy shell, leaving black exposed beneath. Ugly but still intact. On the way back the entire suitcase was destroyed. The wheels were just about torn off the bottom, and the hard case was cracked and broken all the way through to the inside. It’s not usable again. Now I’m left fighting an airline that thinks $100 should replace it. So disappointed.

Not very durable
I bought a large suitcase and loved it. That is Until Delta destroyed it. I thought it was the airlines fault and bought another of the same. The same thing happened to it. The outside casing is quite flimsy and weak.

Broke 1st use
I am unable to return but it broke on my 1st trip! Way too much $$ to break. The luggage company won’t cover it either.
