Itchy

I bought this two days ago for my baby shower. It was a little itchy when I tried it on but I thought I would put up with it. The next day I snapped the tag off so I could get it altered. When I tried it on at the alterations I got a rash from it so I decided not to get it altered or wear it. I tried returning it to the store but they wouldn’t accept my return without the tag even though it’s in perfect condition and I just bought it not more than two days ago! And it wasn’t a special tag that said “can’t return if you take the tag off”. Now I’m stuck with this dress that I’m never going to wear. Really disappointed in Bloomingdales customer service!
