Warm three quarter length quilted coat

Classic style, quality materials though a little stiff, and warm. But the belt loops are 2 inches below my natural waistline, I need to get altered. For reference, I am 5’1” and 114 lbs. The size UK10/US 6 fits well for me except the belt loops.
